Amethyst Encrusted Violette Mirror by Marjorie Skouras
Design Details:
- Artisanally Handmade
- Glass Material
- Semi-Precious Stones
The Violette mirror is one of a kind, a marvellous gem of a mirror, romantic and sophisticated at the same time. It was first commissioned by one of the owners of the legendary fabric house, Fortuny. A hand-carved wood frame, hand-painted in a bright silver finish, is then dressed in hundreds of individual Brazilian Amethyst points by Marjorie in her studio, giving it the effect of looking into an Amethyst geode. This is functional art, or as we like to say, jewellery for your home.
